$1,000-TO-WIN 37-LAP RACE OF CHAMPIONS SUPER STOCK SERIES RACE PART OF TOMMY DRUAR / TONY JANKOWIAK TRIBUTE SATURDAY, AUGUST 18 FESTIVITIES

The Race of Champions Super Stock Series returns to action at Lancaster (N.Y.) National Speedway as part of one of the most special and traditional nights of the season. The series will participate in a 37-lap $1,000-to-win race prior to the 29th running of the Tribute to Tommy Druar / Tony Jankowiak 110 on Saturday, August 18.

“This is always one of the biggest nights in Western New York for racing and it just got a little bigger,” explained Joe Mancuso of Buffalo, N.Y., who has won the last two Race of Champions Super Stock Series races. “Growing up those were the biggest names in the sport and it is an honor to race on a night where they are being honored and paid respect to. This is a great step for our series and I think I can speak on everyone’s behalf with the Series, I’m really looking forward to it.”

The Race of Champions Super Stocks join the Race of Champions Asphalt Modified Series for this event, along with the Street Stocks and Four Cylinders as part of the 29th Annual running.

Qualifying will begin at 6:30pm on the 18th. Grandstand tickets will be $22, Students (12-17 years old) $10; Children under 11 admitted Free; Grandstand Family Pass is $55 (2 Adults and 2 Students); VIP Suite Seat is $27 while if you would like the VIP Suite Experience they begin at $500.
