RACE OF CHAMPIONS “FAMILY OF SERIES” CHAMPIONSHIP CELEBRATION SET FOR SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 28, 2026

The Race of Champions “Family of Series” Championship Celebration will take place on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at the Holiday Inn Auburn–Finger Lakes Region, in the Finger Lakes Ballroom.

The evening will celebrate the accomplishments of competitors from the 2025 Race of Champions season, with championship awards and point fund distributions presented across the Family of Series.

Race of Champions management notes that the timing of this announcement was impacted by unforeseen circumstances, including the original banquet location being placed on the market for sale and limited hotel room availability at comparable venues. Management appreciates everyone’s patience and apologizes for the delay.

2025 RACE OF CHAMPIONS SERIES CHAMPIONS

The following champions will be honored during the evening:

Matt Hirschman (Northampton, PA) — Race of Champions Modified Series Champion
Andrew Lewis (Ontario, NY) — Race of Champions Sportsman Modified Series Champion
Tom Barron (Ontario, NY) — Race of Champions Super Stock Series Champion
Scott Wylie (Blasdell, NY) — Race of Champions Late Model Series Champion
Trisha Connolly (Palmerton, PA) — Race of Champions FOAR SCORE Four Cylinder Dash Series Champion
Joey VanLare (Williamson, NY) — Race of Champions “Rocket Performance” 602 Sportsman Modified Champion
Tim Welshans (South Wales, NY) — Race of Champions Street Stock Series Champion
Cody McPherson (St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada) — Race of Champions 602 Dirt Sportsman Modified Series Champion
Each champion will receive the traditional Race of Champions Championship Trophy Helmet, produced by Simpson, featuring custom graphic design by Image-X (Waterloo, NY), along with point fund and contingency awards.

EVENT DETAILS

The 2025 Race of Champions season will officially conclude with this Championship Celebration on Saturday, February 28, 2026. The event has grown into a traditional gala-style celebration, combining championship recognition, point fund distribution, and an evening honoring the achievements of competitors across the Race of Champions Family of Series.

A hard deadline to purchase tickets is Saturday, February 14, 2026.

Additional event details and ticket information will be released when sales open on Monday, January 26, 2026.
